  1. Both letters are a summons to appear in court. They both give seven days to reply to if oral evidence wants to be submitted. There is a notice of prosecution sheet if you do or don't except the evidence sheet to be sent back to GTR. Also a notice of please to be sent back to the court. As the his birth date is wrong what should I do.
  2. My child has received two intent to prosecute for fare evasion by Govia Thameslink. First one travelling beyond his ticket destination. Second not having the correct train ticket for destination. Should he plead guilty and what might be the outcome. The evidence presented by revenue officerstreams both have the incorrect year of birth. He is actually under 18. We are willing to pay any cost and avoid prosecution as he does not want a criminal record. He has learnt his lesson and is very worried.
