  1. Thanks for your reply Ericsbrother. Do they ever take cases like this to court?
  2. Latest letter received today... It's now up to £100. I'm worried these amounts will continue to rise. I'm out of time to appeal so shall I continue to ignore? Thanks for your time. Matt Back of letter... Emailing 12102017 0835 Office Lens.pdf 12102017 0856 Office Lens.pdf
  3. Thank you for your replies. I previously thought about contacting the freeholder of the site but I couldn't find out who this was!? I also should have mentioned that I saw the guy from New Generation Parking taking photographs of my car when I was walking back to it. I approached him and asked what he was doing because I just thought someone was taking photos of my car on their mobile phone. His first responce was "What do you mean?" I said why are you taking photos of my car and he explaned that he was parking management and they photograph all the vehicles in the car park. It looked like he was using a white iPhone 5 mobile phone. I explained what I was doing there and he insinuated that there was no problem. He didn't once mention I had done anything wrong. That's why I was so annoyed to receive this notice. Should I appeal it or just wait for now? Thanks guys. Matt
  4. I haven't contacted them as of yet but any day now another letter will arrive. What do you suggest? Thanks, Matt
  5. Hi, sorry for the delayed reply to your last message. Only this weekend did I manage to get back to the site to have a detailed look at the signs. I will attach photos. I work for an executive agency of HMRC and are responsible for applying rateable values to commercial premises. There is a ground floor retail unit in Pendeen House which has recently sold at auction with A3 use i.e a cafe. I called out to see if it had opened. It was locked up so I was literally there for about 8 minutes. Looking at the detail on the signs, I should have collected a ticket from the machine next to the concierge. Due to this oversight on my behalf, should I pay the fine? It has probably increased to £100 now. Thanks again, Matt 25092017 2248 Office Lens.pdf 25092017 2249 Office Lens.pdf

I don't recall the barriers being there - I simply just drove straight in. 10. Location - Prospect Place, Ferry Road, Cardiff Date of event - 31.08.2017 Reason - No Permit displayed. Parking Charge Notice Number - Looking for advice following a parking charge notice received. I was parked in a visitors space for 10 mins. When I got to my car the attendant was taking photos. I asked what he was doing and he said it's no problem, he photographs all the cars in the car park. Then a few days later, I received the notice. Shall I contest or ignore the letters? Thanks, Matt
