  1. Thanks for research on my behalf. I have a complaint registered but was just interested in anyone else's experiences and would be keen to hear from anyone else who uses Lloyds Business. Until the functionality causes a major problem it is so easy to just work around it and ignore. Multiple 'feedback surveys' do no provide the opportunity to raise it and emailing the online help is virtually impossible especially in the course of busy working day.
  2. Has anyone experienced glitches in the functionality of these, whereby previous lists pre-populate new ones and the only solution is to log out and start again? Very difficult to explain to online help desk!
