  1. Well done on reading the other threads. If ECP haven't got the guts to do court then there is no reason to pay them. From other threads there is a 35-minute free stay after which you need to pay, with the signs hidden where no-one will read them. Which probably explains why ECP threaten this & threaten that, but in the end daren't do court. As for your employer - well you can out yourself as the driver to ECP so the hamster bedding will arrive at yours. Get your employer to do that using the e-mail address under Appeals and Transfer Of Liability.
  2. Any update here? I ask as we have someone new being hassled for parking at this site.

  6. What you have uploaded is a letter with daft empty threats from third-party paper tigers. Just ignore it. What we need to see is the original invoice you received last October or November.
  7. This is simply a scam site. It's been shown to be a scam in the national press and on national TV. Please fill in the the forum sticky and upload the invoice you've received. In fact what you have is an invoice, not a fine, a private company doesn't have the power to issue fines.
  8. Andy and dx are spot on. We find that if someone fails to file the DQ/N180, then the court gives them a second bite at the cherry. It's only after a second failure that the defence is struck out and the case lost. So you'll be alright. However, this failure to respect court orders has to stop. You're in a legal battle. If you're away from home for an extended period make damn sure someone is checking your mail.
  9. I've been on this site for eight years and I haven't seen one PPC case where a DCA turned up at the motorist's door. Even if they did they couldn't do anything, but in any case it's never happened. If you read this short thread you will see all the stages of the legal procedure all the way to winning in court, which is highly unlikely to be necessary in your case https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/topic/406892-highview-parking-anpr-pcn-claimform-urban-exchange-manchester-claim-dismissed/#comments
  10. Your letter is superb. A couple of months ago it would have led to instant victory. The problem is that since then there has been a tsunami of these cases and Starbucks have got fed up. However. nothing ventured ... I've made a little addition in red above so they know that you know that they have the power to intervene and have done so numerous times in the past.
  11. LFI is spot on. In fact you could sue UKPC for breach of GDPR, as UKPC knew full well right from the start that their case was hopeless. They should never have asked for your details from the DVLA. Take some time to think if that is a road you want to go down.
