  1. Hi I found Park with Ease pursued the matter aggressively and did not listen to anything I had to say. Solicitor/debt collector letters started coming very quickly even though I pointed out that there was a delay of a month before I got my "ticket" from PwE. I contacted [unauthorised link removed], paid £16 and never heard from them again (touch wood! That was in June) Good luck. x
  2. I know these posts about White Moss are quite old now but I am now going through the same s**t with Park with Ease (such a joke name!) about apparently overstaying my welcome in February. I was completely unaware that my car was being photographed - the sign at the entrance must have been so tiny if it was there at all. Hence I assumed that my free parking period was timed from when I went to the machine. Wrong! None of the instructions were at all clear. I had no cash and it would not accept payment by debit card. My appeal was rejected (as I suspected it would be) I suppose I might have been less annoyed about this if it had been at a busy time in the summer, but this was February and I would be surprised if there were 2 other cars in the car park. I have read on this forum that Parking Charge Notices must be received no later than 14 days after the "offence" but cant find confirmation of that anywhere. If it's the case, then I see that as being my best ammunition since it was over a month before I received it. Not even a rubbish bin provided there btw!!
