  1. It will be paid on Tuesday as normal. Only payments due on the Friday and Monday will be paid early.
  2. In terms of DWP, you can be made appointee, for benefit purposes so that you can deal with that side of things going forward, at present the form is filled over the phone. But it is not recognised by banks etc, i have heard that some do but generally its not for any other purpose. You can then change address/change where money is paid to.
  3. Companies will often hold the staff member accountable for misue by spouses, my Oh has a discount card for where they work, i have a card, and its been made clear they will hold them responsible if i abuse the discount.
  4. Just googled, cycleon are a retail return centre. They take back retails returns, if you google national distribution centre and post code, several retailers use the same address.
  5. No I don’t, if you look at that secret bases, its a virtual postcode, it could be anywhere or a big central place that takes all the returns and then retailers collect them. Rm are unlikely to give that number out to joe public. That site states hp/cycleon retail returns, i read that to be a central point rather than being HP in its own - just seen something on twitter for a return, and it appears to be a generic central point for companies to send their returns to. It maybe got to the right place. has the OP actually chased the company she bought it from?
  6. Rm tracking can be used on USPS website, if it has been sent to US. Rm site will have small updates, but USPS would have a lot more. Generally speaking any national distribution centres will not speak to customers, that will be why numbers won’t be found for them, that could be generic location before company gets them.

    PAYE confusion

They did, the person at hmrc sorted it in five minutes and employer got notified and the next wage was showing correct tax code. You should of had two p45’s from jsa, did you get two?

    PAYE confusion

If you have a government gateway check that. My other half had issue where Jsa has not issued P45, so HmRc too them down for having two jobs, although they only had one. It maybe jsa have done the same, hmrc will take the details over the phone and sort it out.
  9. https://www.postoffice.co.uk/post-office-card-account These are the accounts the DWP were meaning. To close the account a form needs to be collected from the post office to be sent away, its administered by the Post Office.
  10. That was why you were sent the Ea3 to see if you were missing out in the IR entitlement! As people who were converted to EsA were never considered for the IR elements when converted and possibly missed out on extra premiums that they could have potentially been entitled to. https://www.turn2us.org.uk/About-Us/News/Has-your-ESA-been-underpaid
  11. Income related ESA is treated differently to contributions ESA, as all income is considered, that is what they are were looking at.
  12. It will vary, depending on when your payments are, there is no set period. Payments are every 28 days as opposed to calendar monthly, which is what confuses people, as over the course of the year, the day it is paid will change. If you divide the four weekly payments by four you get the weekly payment of her entitlement. Some pension companies or employers often pay four weekly so it isn’t nothing new
  13. If paid four weekly, over the course of the year, you get 13 payments, with one month you get two payments. 13 x 4 = 52
  14. As long you dont clam the carers element through Universal Credit, then she will not lose the SDP.
  15. Pension Credit and Income support cannot be paid together as they are both income based benefits, so the Income support would have to stop before PC would kick in from the following day. So although you asked for backdating it cannot be paid as it is the same benefit but different name. For example: If your wife's claim ended on a Monday, and your payday is, a Friday, the part payment would only be the days difference due ie Tuesday to Friday. using that calcuation see if that comes to what you actually received. I am assuming it is part of the script the call handler has to go through which askes about backdating, which might be a mandortory question they have to ask, but until the claim is actually processed, that is only when they hit the brick wall with the income support that they know it can't be backdated
