  1. I bought it at just over 9k miles and ive just hit 22k miles in less then a year. I do alot of driving, anyway I bought the car from Ford Stoneacre. I believe they have a Vauxhall Stoneacre to.
  2. I have had my car (Ford Fiesta) since June 21st last year. Now my issue is I have a knocking noise coming from the front passenger side of the car. No idea what it is. I rang Stoneacre up and they asked details and such and said your service is due, I had said, the service has been done through someone else because well they were cheaper then what stoneacre could do. He said ok, but your lifetime guarantee is invalid in that case, because you needed to get the car serviced with us for your warranty to be still valid. ok then, he said I can get the car serviced again with them and get my car looked at and repaired under my warrenty. I said Ill get back to him. I looked at my lifetime warranty book and it does say i should of got the car serviced with them. The car is less then 2yrs old. why cant I still get it done under the Manufacture warranty and not stoneacres. Im really confused on what i can do. When the car was serviced Ford parts were used on the service.
  3. I still have the TV, they have sent me a letter yesterday saying my account has gone to a company called sigma?
  4. I have given them their allowed time to process n send me my money what they owe me and I have heard nothing. I did receive a letter about my account that i have, because i was still paying for the TV. But the letter summed up what I had paid for the TV and they closed my account, so I dont owe them anymore for the TV.. But nothing about my reclaim. SAR received, claim forms sent back with calculations and cover letter. Were do i go from here? Thanks
  5. I got a letter about a complaint and Im to ring them up other wise they will close the complaint case. But is the reclaim classed has the complaint, cos otherwise Im not sure why i have gotten this letter. But in this letter they sent, it states they have tried to contact me. Which they haven't done.

I have done my working out sheets, sent a letter with what I want doing (claiming money back) sent it all in plastic wallets, all neat and tidy.. sent the letter 1st class recorded, its been signed for over 21 days ago. They had 21 days to fulfill my request n give me what is rightfully mine.. I have had no repsonse at all from them. What is my nxt step? Thanks.
  7. I havent heard anything yet, they have until next wednesday to come up with some letter or a repayment what im claiming for. What am I do to (whats my next step) if they dont even get back to me.
  8. Oh, Thanks mate. Im sending them off with the example letter you gave me in this topic. Obviously with me editing some parts. But thanks Once these get sent off, and they get them.. Is that it? They wud send me what they owe, or will they try fight it?

  10. Im still confused, Uve not really said what I am to do next? I have noticed in alot of threads, there has been alot of people such as yourself saying get reclaiming and reclaim this and that, but once there ready to, no more info is given to the person to start reclaiming.
  11. Right, Ive done all that now. So what do I do with these sheets? Whats my next step?
  12. On the CI Sheet, is the amount of charge, what they charged me altogether on that date. Say like Rent, OSC and DLC?

  14. Honestly aint a clue what you mean lol. All I have in front of me is my SAR and in that shows when I made a payment and my OSC/DLC and late payment charges. Ive added them all up on a calculator, but what am I to do now? What is the cisheet?
