Hi - I had one of these tickets back in August 2013 and did what everyone suggested on several forums (ignore) and today I have received a very strangely pleasant letter from somebody telling me that they may take me to court to recover costs and that whilst costs are minimal now, they could escalate if I do nothing. Thing is, I wasn't actually driving the car, my husband was but there is some wording to indicate that I may be liable for costs regardless of this fact. Do I ignore or do I contact (I have very generously been given 14 days to reply) Thanks Suze
