If they are unable to provide what is on your contract then I would say that is breach of contract and I would stop paying them. I would write a letter to head office stating that and send it via recorded delivery. -
I learned something new today about the whole 'money changing hands' thing. Insisting on a token payment always sounds like a good idea.

How many days after the date on the original ticket did you send everything off? You are allowed 28 days, but if you phone up just before you can usually blag extra time if you need it. It looks like it's too late now, but the courts should be very understanding of your circumstanaces. If you provide proof of income you can usually arrange a payment plan

On a small screen, every inch counts, so having a permanent bar across the top is annoying Some sites hide top bars as you scroll down the page. Can't this be done? it just seems completely unnecessary.
