I am sorry but I was so fed up with it I just ripped it up. I think it had the court stamp on it, I thought it was another threatening letter. I did not know it was real.. Have heard nothing since, only found out when I did a credit search today. -

I had a letter months ago saying that they were taking me to court on .. or I could pay.. but I just ignored it. Heard nothing else, now want to remortgage and my credit rating is poor as there is a Active county court judgement on my record.. -

Told many times online to ignore my letters/ threats from Civil Enforcement Limited, now my credit rating is poor as I have found out that I have a Active county court claim against me. What can I do about this please.. -

I have just looked at my credit rating and can see an active county court claim from civil enforcement ltd at Northampton county court. My other credit is up to date.. -
Hi, could someone help please? About 18 months ago I received a parking ticket from Civil Enforcement Limited. I went online and the advice was to ignore it.. I did but now I have a county court claim against me for £373.00. I have now been told my credit rating is very poor, what can I do?
