I will write to co-op on 3 June 2013 to recover an unpaid direct debit fee of £15. I will give the bank 14 days to refund the charge or I will commence legal proceedings in the small claims court. They wrote to me once before saying they were going to take £15 and I phoned them threatening court action and they said that they would waive it since it was the first occasion.
