  1. They claim they use genuine manufacturer parts, but I really have doubts for the price they quote
  2. There was actually another time, my friend claimed through his vodafone insurance for lost, he got it replaced within a week
  3. I claimed through my bank account add on insurance, they usually respond very quickly. They fixed mine and send it back to me within 10 days, I didnt request for a temp mobile, as I had an old one. I guess they would provide if you request.
  4. I received a delivery card with 2 items delivered and stored in my storage cupboard, but then I only found one in there. I guess 1 item has been stolen, would that be a fault of Royal mail for leaving it insecure?
  5. for any manufacturing fault, we can complaint through SOGA and get compensation?
  6. anyone used service4service before? any review and feedback, are they a big nationwide group?
  7. I used O2, it seems pretty reliable, my speed is 16MB, not that fast but consistent

I went back to the local store where I made the order, the manager kept making lots of excuses and said their sofas are all quality checked before sent out etc.... he blamed it was the way we used it. Like johnjordan, I contacted the head office, it wasnt sorted out as quickly as him, but evetually they swapped it for me.
