Hi All, I have a PayPAl Credit account, this was offered one day and I accepted it, I fell behind on my payments for a couple of months then through mutual agreement got back on track and have been ever since. I just applied for a mortgage and was refused so looked on my credit file and apparently I am in default with PayPal but have had no notices of default, no letters and I can still use the account! Any advice as trying to get them to sort this out is proving almost impossible as it is a different person with a different answer everytime Thanks in advance Graham

Hi, The debtor chasing me is arrow global but the company they sold it to (mackenzie hall) has marked it as settled, however i got a letter from them this morning saying that they will be arranging a doorstep collector to visit the house. The original debt was with MBNA and was settled but now I am being chased for it. Strange -
Hi, If somebody can help me that would be great,my issue is with Equifax. They have an account on my report which is in default with one company and then the same account is settled with another company. My question is should this be adjusted to show as settled on both and if so why would it have not been done? I have sent an email via their own ask a question site but everything seems to be "28 days" Thanks Graham

I have now filled in the form to set aside the judgement and see where that gets me, Really dont need this from this clown as trying for a mortgage later this year Any other help would be very very much appreciated Thanks Graham -
Hi, Looked through my credit file couple of weeks ago to find to my horror that i had a CCJ so i emailed the court to get the information which i got a reply today to say it was Arrow global through a solicitor named Bryan Carter. My problem is i know what it is for but i have been fighting them for nearly 5 years now and when i request details of the debt all they do is sell it on, however this lot have issued a court summons to an old address even after receiving letters and phonecalls to an address i have lived at now for over a year and the judgement has gone through so i need advice on what to do please I asked them 6 months ago for the credit agreement which they said they did not have and that was where it was left now i have a CCJ which was sent to an old address Frustrated, please help Graham
