Hi Everyone Today is the last day Abbey have to file a defence this will be the 28th day so far the court have not heard anything. My claim is for £437.00 does anyone think they will file a defence today Thanks

Hi I phoned the court today to see if abbey have acknowledged my claim today and they have on the last day. The court says they have anoth 14 days does anyone think they might settle or go to court the amount I am claiming is £437.00

I took my claim to court on the 25th October haven't heard anything do you think I should call them or should I wait

I didn't accept the offer for £350.00 that was offered I phoned up and said I was taking them to court he settled with me for £696.00 and the next day I received the full asking amount offer try that

have you tried to phone them I did and they gave me my £696.00 without having to go to court and I know a few others have tried this method and it worked I don't know who is dealing with your complaint if it is a man called James Ball just phone him this will probably be quicker than going through mcol

Hi I had two loans with them the first loan I took out I paid £250.00 for the insurance with Hamilton then when I paid that loan back I took out another one and took out another £250.00 insurance, Beneficial finance failed to tell me I still had the first one running so I made a complaint and have just recieved a letter offering me back the £250.00 insurance, If you are not having any luck why don't you ask for your money back if that will help you

Took my claim to Dartford County Court Yesterday Papers will get served to Abbey tomorrow so we will wait and see what happens

Hi All The person I was dealing with was a man called James Ball he was very nice the telephone number I have for him is 0121 214 5841 the total I was claiming was £696.00 and they are giving me the full amount back
