  1. Good luck. I to have a loan with these idiots. I would suggest sending anything to them recorded delivery as I have sent them letters whch when you speak to them they 'claim' they have not recieved! They are robbing b****, may get our rebate after 3 years, doesnt stop us paying large amounts of interest for 25years on something that only lasts 5. Dont remember them saying that when I took out the loan!!!
  2. I got mine about 10 days after I sent the request, only the statements though. Think the postman hated me!!!
  3. I'm not sure, I'm in Falkirk so I need to check where it will have to be. I thought it might be Edinburgh as that it where there registered office is. Or is it where 'I' am? Have you heard anything about RBS closing accounts? I need to sort another one out this week too. Lol
  4. Thanks, I kind of thought that. To be honest if I break it down I will have one for £750 and one for £250 so its not that bad. By the time I come to the second one I will be an expert (ok, maybe not) Ok then, Monday the bank gets it!!! Cheers again:)
  5. Well done, you must be so pleased. I am just about to Court action with RBS on Monday, you have just given me some hope. Thanks Lol:)
  6. Anyone else claiming in Scotland? Any help/advice would be gratefully received:) Lol
  7. Thanks very much for the advice:) . I recieved a letter yesterday basically telling me to **** off. So now I am ready for action, I have downloaded the spreadsheet for interest charges. But (as usual:confused: ) I have a couple of questions. I've read that much information here I think my head will explode.... Do I have to make my claim under £750 and file 2 seperate claims? Can I do a Summary cause summons? (if so, what the hell is one) Or am I just plain stupid? The charges I am claiming are for £988.19 and I am in Scotland (which I think is where my confusion has come from) Any advice gratefully recieved:)
  8. Yeah, I'm not really 100% sure what to do after these 7 days either to be honest, all looks very confusing, but I've posted the letter anyway. I'll start having a look into it in the next couple of days, however in an ideal world the bank will come back to us both and say "here's your money" (ha, in my dreams)
  9. Ok so I recieved my statements, and after having much fun with a highlighter pen (not normally fun looking through bank statements) I make the amount due to me £1147. So sent sent of my preliminary letter 1 week ago. Got a response today, 'Fair, reasonable and transparent, blah, blah' So have sent of the final warning letter today giving them 7 days..... roll on next week! I'll keep you posted. Lol
