This is for my husband. Having gone thru 2 ATOS medicals, he was deemed fit for work at 2nd one, appealed & had aTribunal Hearing. The appeal was disallowed - as he didn't fit the DWP descriptors to get enough points, which was very disappointing as we'd taken extra evidence from consultant at chronic pain clinic. THEN - got letter saying "looked again at facts & evidence we used to make decision. As a result we have changed decision." Great - but no money came, so rang DWP who said case was closed. I said about letter - they denied it repeatedly, then said must have been sent in error. I emailed & was phoned by DWP to say again it was an error, have no record of any letter sent, but don't keep them on record after 28 days. Any advice?
