hello and thank you in advance.i was wonderign if u can help me wiht ur advice. just before christmas i received a debt collector for amount of 10000. after i have been in touch with them they said is regarding a course that i have taken wiht computeach through barclays finance. i was approach from one of their agent back on 2008 and they manage to enroll me with a microsoft course. i did reseach on them an i saw it was not the right decetion. so i sent a letterr to cancelled it. latter on after a while i received a letter from barclays. then i contact computeach to check why i receved a letter for finance when i cancell it. they told me that they did not received my cancellation and that i cant cancell it now. i was adviced to send on writting which i did. had no responed and now 3 years later i still have issue with debt collector. the debt collector is requesting a letter of confimation from computeach that i have not taken the course. the computeach says that i have taken it. the irony is that i have no taken any lessons or attend any of their class or anyhting. i was wonderign if u can advice me what should i do. thank you for your time.
