  1. Yeah I think I will do that. I have the bank account number and sort code but you can't transfer money without the bank account name which they won't provide. I just get told to "call a representative to make payment" and no way am I doing that lol
  2. Okay that's good news. What would you guys advise? I keep emailing the woman that arranged my plan but getting no reply. So should I just stop paying the plan and inform them of this?
  3. Hi guys Just wondering what's going on with these guys? I was set up in a payment plan but there is no longer a website for Marshall Hoare or NDR. Think it's a bit strange! I'm in contact with someone from web loans processing who sorted the plan and reduced the amount. She won't give a straight answer now, says to transfer which I can't without a bank account name. So said phone up and pay by card which there is no way I'm going to talk to those people ever again!
  4. Hi guys I took out a speed credit loan for £200, which rose to over £1400 in a year. I have tried various things but as Marshall Hoare Bailiffs and NDR are being investigated I found that sending them an official complaint worked well. I got a response straight away from the "complaints department". They offered to lower the amount to £660 and make it payable over 7 months, £100 per month with the last payment being £60. I agreed just eating the emails and text messages to stop which I was assured they would. And they did. I agreed to pay on the 5th of every month. So on the 5th of June I made my first £100 payment through the website. It froze but I got a confirmation email stating it had gone through. However my complaints advisor said it had not and requested a statement. However as we all know it takes a day or so for payments to show on statements. I forwarded my statement yesterday confirming the payment to web loads processing. Yet this morning at 420am, I receive a threatening text message from NDR, also 2 emails. Each stating different things but both trying to threaten and intimidate. I have emailed them back along with a very long winded email to my complaints advisor. It looks like this will not work. I would advise people to not agree to payment plans as they do not stick to their end of the deal.
  5. Okay then I'll send this email back to OFT aswell lol, they are going to be fed up of me soon!! I will send a letter by recorder delivery tomorrow to speedcredit, seen as their address seems the only valid one out of the three
  6. Well I know the original loan was with speedcredit but they are not getting back to me at all :/ But I can log in to Speedcredit &NDR and Marshall Hoare in order to "roll over" my loan. Which will not be happening as I don't want them having my card details lol Plus I've Changed address so don't want them coming after my mum and dad

  8. How do I find that out? The email I just sent to NDR has given me an automatic response tht I should post my question to them using the online form? This is driving me crazy :/
  9. Okay. Are NDR the same people? I have sent them an email saying that I am willing to pay off the debt, but not the illegal extra charges they have added, and as I am now unemployed asked for a payment plan. No reply as of yet. If you could give me a letter template that would be great thanks
  10. Thanks that would be great. Yes i have sent 3 complaints to them now. I do so every time i get a new email, tet or voicemail lol. Also ser a message to speedcredit stating i will pay the loan back, but only the original amaount + 1 months interest. No reply thoigh. I don't know where I would send a letter to Marshall hoare?

To start with I can't believe the charges!! It's disgusting! Plus the spelling is horrendous :/ I have sent another complaint to OFT about the text and email. As I did about the other ones I had a few weeks ago. I don't mind paying the original debt, I borrows the money and should pay it back. But there is no way I'm paying that much in extra charges. I don't even know what the original amount was, can't be more than £200 as I never borrowed more than that with the payday loans. The OFt did come back to me regarding the 1st complaint, said that it had been taken onboard, but they cannot comment on individual complaints and they Marshall & Hoare do have a credit licence :/ Also I would like to contact them via letter to negotiate a smaller amount, as speedcredit will not get bak to me at all. But from what I've read on this company, the address they supply on the website is not valid or is a vacant property. Many thanks for your help
  14. Okay, so I got a text out of the blue from M&H Bailiffs a few weeks ago saying I had refused to pay etc etc. various phone calls, threatening voicemails. I hadn't heard anything from Speedcredit at all, I had a load of payday loans and thought I had paid them all off, obv I made a mistake. But did not hear from them until these fools got from me. Anyway, haven't herd anything for weeks then I get this text Home visit within 7 days.Speed Credit £841 file is now owned by MH Bailiffs.Check email & call 0843381111 to settle your debt & avoid extra charges Does this have any merit at all? They won't tell me what the original amount was, just get a standard email reply when I contact them via their website Thanks for any help
  15. Not that I'm aware of, as I said, the above is the only communication I've had at all. From what I've been told these people are under investigation by OFT anyway for their behaviour. I do not know what the original amount was for as they won't let me know, and the company I had the loan from (speedcredit) will not get in touch with me. But the amount now owing is £817 and there is no way I can afford that :/
