  1. Hi All, Marie has checked my account with Scottish Power. I have sent the required details to N Power's complaint team and hopefully this will finally be sorted. I will update this when i hear back from N Power
  2. Hi All, I went bankrupt November 2008, i included all my debts and everything went fine and i was discharged in November 2009. I had a loan with Lloyds Tsb for about £6000 which was included in my bankruptcy and this was marked as satisfied/settled on my credit files. However i recently checked my credit files to do a clean up and discovered that there was a company on my credit file, TTI SPC, which i had never heard of but the account number and amount owed were the same as my Lloyds tsb loan. I contacted Lloyds who have said that their credit file was correct and that they had passed my account over to Groves who wont contact me for payments, etc. I never received any correspondance from Groves or TTI SPC. They have defaulted me from November 2008 to now. Anyone had any dealings with TTI SPC? Thanks.
  3. Hi all, Wonder if anyone can offer some advice. I moved into my property in 2007, i had Scottish Power as my electricity supplier and received my bills quarterly until they stopped arriving at the end of 2008. I contacted the electric board to see who my supplier had been changed to and was told N Power. I have since spoke to N Power regarding this and they have denied that they are my supplier. It has now been brought to light that the electric board had give me the supplier of another house with a similar address as my house was a new build. However they cant tell me who my supplier is as my address doesnt show up on their system but all my neighbours address show. Surely if Scottish Power were billing me my address should be there? N Power did however tell me that the meter number i gave them is showing up as being disconnected. I spoke to the Scottish Power Rep on the forums and he supplied me with the date of my last payment, my last meter reading and what i was being charged per unit. So how do i sort this? how do i find out who my supplier is? what happens with the bill from 2009 til now? Thanks.
  4. Hi all, Wonder if anyone could shed a bit of light on this situation My in laws, who are in their 60's, have a washing machine from Brighthouse, which they have had for about 3 years. They have never had an annual statement in the 3 years and when they asked their local store they were fobbed off with excuses. Does anyone know how they would go about getting one of these that would cover from the period they got the washing machine til now as they have been told that the machine wont be paid off until a week before christmas which we think it longer than what it should be. They have also had a tv and a touchscreen pc in previous years, the tv went back because they missed a payment and the pc was a joke, it broke, was returned three times each time with another pc that was clearly broken and during this time they were advised not to pay as they didnt have the pc. They were told that they would only be entitled to a new working pc if they signed a new agreement with them which they didn't. With all of these items they had OSC and DLC, where do they stand with these as the have occasionally fell behind with payments and have continued to pay they're weekly payment which included these covers? Thank You
  5. Hi I phoned the one for my area. They have my neighbours but they couldn't find anything with my details

  7. Hi all, Just a wee update. I spoke to Graeme and he confirmed when my supply was tranferred and my last meter reading. He also informed me that they can only bill me for 12 months of electricity. I have since emailed NPower and now have their complaint team dealing with the issue. Shall let you's know what they say
  8. Hi, I was wondering if you could shed a little light on something for me. My in-laws who are in their 60s bought my partner a touchscreen pc out of brighthouse he had it just under a year and it stopped working. They returned it to the store and it was sent away for repair, it tooks weeks to come back and when it did the front leg was snapped off so it went back to the shop, the second one they gave him about 3 weeks later you could run your hand along the inside of the screen so they returned that. He was then told that they would order a new one in to replace the faulty one. Now they were making the payments for the pc and their washing machine but stopped paying for the pc when it was away for repair as advised by one of the brighthouse staff but when they went to order the new pc to replace it they told his mum that she would have to take out a whole new agreement and start from scratch again on the payments. Is that right? Thanks
  9. Hi All, I went bankrupt in 2008 and i had a RSB account which wasn't affected it and still use this card now however at the end of last year they changed my account to a basic one which only allows me to use only RBS bank machines & post office banks pretty much. Does anyone know if it is possible to have a silver account but without the overdraft facility as only being able to use a RBS machines is totally pointless as my local one is a good few miles away! and the staff i spoke to were only interested in recommending i take a savers account o.O Thanks for any replies
  10. Hi All, Wondering if anyone could shed some light. I had a credit card and a loan with Lloyds back in 2004-2008ish. The credit card was paid off but i went bankrupt in november 2008 and so i never paid my loan off. I was just wondering if it would be possible to claim PPI back on those or are they just gonna tell me where to go as i went bankrupt? Thanks for any replys
  11. Graeme - Is there any other way to contact you just now until i get my post count past 10? o.O
