Hi, I was issued with a PCN and am going to court in November to contest it and any advice would be welcomr. I paid for a ticket and put it on my dashboard, I did a lot of travelling that week and so had a pile of old tickets on the dashboard , there are photos of these from the traffic warden but the current ticket is not on top. I sent westminster council a copy of the ticket I purchased covering the time when the PCN was issued but they responded by not upholding my appeal and raising the fine x2 they passed it to the bailffs despite the fact I had appealed again, that has been recinded but it just incurs annoying phone calls and paperwork. I dont really remember but think I must have put the relevant ticket on the other side of the dasboard away from the old pile so as not to confuse. I intend to go in person to court Any thoughts?
