  1. think this is the most relevant to me lf you make a claim, we will ask for proof of purchase. You must be able to provide this. We may also ask for documentation or other proof to support your claim if we think we need this. If you do not provide any document or proof we ask for, we may decline your claim. What we will require may depend on the circumstances of your claim but an example would be a Police Crime Reference Number to support a claim for theft. lf we ask you for documentary proof, you must provide this within 28 days of asking. think im screwed
  2. Lost my mobile nearly a month ago, reported it lost with tmobile and phonesafe. I made a bit of a boo boo while reporting it, I told them i had phoned round the places i had been in an effort to recover the phone. After providing them with all the extra identification they are now wanting to see phone records of these call. I am a genuine claimant (i say this lightly after my little porky pie). Are phonesafe asking for to much info and dragging there feet? should i just come clean and admit this to the insurance company how would that affect my claim? Please dont tell me I shouldnt tell fibs, i did it without thinking when asked if i made any attemp to trace it, and then went with it on the claim form. teach me to think about what im saying. Thanks guys
  3. nice, bookmarked for further reading hopfully they get the breakdown to me asap so i can post it for you guys to check over. do i need to take the N244 form into the court in person?
  4. oh and how do i check on the court costs, is it my local county court for the high court its ever so confusing to me.
  5. Phoned them today as the matter was playing on my mind (recorded the call on my phone), asked for the breakdown of there charges and was told it would take 72 hours to reach me via email. Think they are buying time to fluff there figures. Does anyone know where there call center is because the person i spoke to was indian and i struggled to understand him, the bit i did understand was that they would not accept a payment arrangment. Now glad i recorded call as this wont look good for them in court. Can anyone recommend a good thread to help me fill out the N244 for my circumstance, will be doing this tomorrow when i get a chance to get some more ink for the blood printer. Statutory Declaration as to ownership, how do i go about this and is there a template for it. Many thanks for all the replies so far much appreciated.
  6. unfortunatally i have recently started back work so the chances of getting charges waived are slim i think. They have supplied me with a personal budget sheet to fill in, should i fill this in? What do you guys think is an average min payment i could get away with and what charges would this incurr (ie interest and such)? Do HCE's require debt to be satisfied in a maximum time scale? Most of the posetions in mine and my partners Privately rented home have been purchesed in my partners name would they be subject to seizure same applys to the car we own which is registered in her name? My left over income each month is not much may be £50 avg, currently trying to get on top of the bill ive let mount when i was unemployed, that average of £50 will soon go as my partner is due to have our second child in october. if i enter into an agreement can it be altered at a later date if i am struggling to make payments? Hopfully i can get through to them today to ask for a breakdown of there costs i will update this post after speaking to them.
  7. its for water rates, i know about the ccj and had a payment arrangment with the court until i lost my job and stupidly ignored it, working now so can sort it by installments just hoping i can reduce the charges
  8. hi, this is my first post ive tried to included doc's with personal details removed but couldnt, if it would help ive uploaded them to photobucket and can pm the address to anyone who can help if needed. A:Amount of judgment or order (inc, interest awarded by judgment or order) £402.66 B:Judgment Costs £202.00 C:Interest £4.94 D:Costs of execution £111.75 E:Charges of the authorised high court enforcement officer £840.24 Total to levy £1561.59 Just wondering if these charges seem excessive, this letter was hand delivered today by two men my partner was in to receive the letter. This is the first time they have called and have not had any correspondance from this company before. Iwill be giving them a call tomorrow to ask for a breakdown of these costs and will update this post asap, I will be online for a bit so if you need anymore info just let me know. Cheers
  9. even if it was the same price id still buy from a market rather than a super market quality is far better
  10. i always buy a larger joint than what we need, packed lunches everyday make it so much cheaper than buying that watered down slop.
