HI all :???: In fab 2011 tesco agree for £1.00 token payment.it is soon comeing up to 6 months. i have been paying A pound a month. i am still can not afford to pay and my circumstance have not changed. what sall i do next . I will be very greatfull for any help . thanks in advance. afi

hi to you all Cager out there MY MBNA accout was with an other debt recovery before it is move with "Allied International Credit UK Ldt". i am in the suition phycicaly and financialy that i can not pay them at they moment.i do like to finish them chasing me with a diffrent DCA every few month. account is about 10k incoulding late ,none payment monthly since few month. i belive i owe them about 8k. give the suition what can i do ? 1. shall i CCA them 2. offer 5% as F&F 3.requestfor writoff any advice well come than you all AFI

my car was stolen .a solicitor took it to c/ court as my insurer was not paying. Before hearing I was offer £5500. During this time my cousin wrote to my insurance company stating my claim was false and fraudulent. upon receiving this letter from my insurance ,my solicitor served a discontinue notice to all parties without informing me. I had change my address. Third party send the bill of £2309.00 to the old address. my ex- wife send that back and told them i did not live there and she did not know my where about. in mean time the bill had gone to over 4 thousand , and i had received a c/court order to pay in full in 14 days . i made a offer to third party solicitor which was rejected. Now I do not know what to do . pls help

hi there Triton has send me postal order £10 back which send for SAR. they ask me tosend it tesco. In the mean time i recived a letter from Tesco Accepcting my offer of tocken Payment of £1 per month. Imade request for CCA from Tesco . i have not recive any thing from them.on my Credit file they Deaulted me on 30/12/10 for £2283.00. i have made 1 payment so far . what is my next step . Hi friends thanks for yoyr help so far. I wrote to MBNA about 3 weeks ago, offering them a token payment. i recive nothaing from MBNA. Now i recived i letter from Debt Clear Recoveries&Investigations Ltd PO Box 595 Manchaster M60 5Ar Tel: 01618192288 In letter it says : "We have been appointed Collection Agents for the Debt as MBNA has passed your unpaid account to us for collection.you should be aware that if you ignore us ,we may be forced to take futher action to recover the outsstanding debt." Then in the letter they give me new REF No . the letter also says " whilst your account is with us we will not be charging you aney fee or interest" I do not know what to do next? PLS HELP:sad: Shall i send them CCA DCA OR shall I send SAR To MBNA Best regards Afi

hi thank you all . i do not have correct record for both lander ,when i stop paying i do not remember, i think it has been nearly a year. i rang both lender MBNA AND tessco for full record /statments but they were not helpfull.i wander if they are legally bound to give me the info i am looking for as i am willing to give the fee. (which i belive is £10) As to site team questions . the both lender kept ringing and writing for payment but i had no money to pay.they have put up lot of charges .when I stop paying MBNA i think i own them in rigin of £8,300 now it stand at over 10,000. so you see how much they have put up.but ever since my trouble started i kept them informed and requested to freez , intrest and every thing els, but this was all over the phone and only thing they were intrasted was payment .Talking to them was if i was talking to a computerize and progame robot. sorrey to put it like that! Hi Guys , Let me begin by saying what a great and helpful sight this is. I have spent all evening reading through the posts and decided to join. My situation is as follows : I used to be a taxi driver and lost my job due to Lumbar Surgery in January 2010.I am unemployed at the moment and living in rented accomodation. I have two crediters, the first I owe virgin money ( MBNA) over £10,000 and Tesco (Triton) £2,500. I can not pay both companies at the moment. They have been chasing me with threatening phone calls and letters. I have recently sent my personal budget sheets and letter of Token Payment of £1 per month to both companies. I did this upon the advice of the national debt line. Recently i recieved a letter from Triton, indicating that they have instructed their solicitors to commence court proceedings. I would appreciate any advice on this situation. Thank You
