Just a quick note to thank all at Bankactiongroup for an excellent site & forum. I read the FAQ's, downloaded the appropriate template, filled in my own details and posted off to the Bank of Scotland. 12 days later I received a phone call from a "new" business banking manager, who said that he was taking over my account and wanted to rebuild the relationship, starting by refunding the £70 (that was taken for my £1.40 overdraft oversight.) Result
