Hi.. 1) Can we have an update as to what stage you are at with this case? 2) Did you contact the court and enquirer as to how many times they can recall this decree? Is there any order you can put in to stop their recall?

Hi iv signed it. It makes you laugh mind, he is a disqualified director disqualified from running a business until 2014 yet he's had numerous companies running & closed down.. It's about time the law changed. why is the man allowed to continue his activity.., I'd like to meet the Judge who acquitted Vance & ask them how they'd feel in vance customers position, being out of pocket for thousands with a useless kitchen only fit for a skip.. If I have to listen to my tap leaking for much longer I'm personally going to Maple Mill to replace it myself, while I'm there I may as well take the door fronts they owe me, that's if I can find one that's not damaged lol

The business at Maple Mill is run by Vance do i have to prove it to get the CCJ amended with the stock owners name?

I dont know what i am going to do to get this man shut down or get my money back. I have the CCJ for £3000 and issued a warrant for it to come back to me saying that the warrant has been executed because all the kitchen effects are owned by Martin Dawsoln therefore the baliff suggest reissue at a different address ie (his home address). However i have been on land registry and the house he lives in his name is not on the title deeds. So what next i ask? Apparantly Vance is married but the name on the titile deeds is Joanne Marie Hepworth. Unless Vance has assets a charging order is no good, unless he is employed an attachment of earnings is no good, if the stock at his business address is in somebody else's name the baliff cannot take any goods to sale at auction.. GuidoT thankyou i would appreciate the information. What do you suggest?

Apart from land registry is there any other way i can find out if a person has any assets?

UPDATE; 22 October 2011 i took this case back to court to amend the name the CCJ was granted in. I now have MR Vance Miller named on the CCJ and i have transfered this case to Oldham County Court for enforcement. I believed it was worth pursuing and am still doing so now, you dont know unless you try.

It can take a few weeks they dont rush things and they lost paperwork id sent in!! I personally dont rate them myself and didnt find them very helpful but seemed more in the banks favour!!
