  1. Sorry to be a Dim Wit but where do i locate the SB Letter?
  2. No it was just the credit agreement. I did ask as below from my email. They were very quick in their response to me. "you must now provide 1. Clients name 2. Notice of assignment 3. Signed copy of credit agreement 4. Date of Default 5. Statements of any charges applied and also payments made You have 13 days for the above information to be provided Under the GDPR data protection and freedom of information i formally request you send me all the information you have on file for me. As you claim you are working for a client i want the same information from the client. You have 1 month to do this. Please do not respond to this email other than to advise receipt. Please communicate in writing"
  3. Thanks Dx & fkofilee i will do just that as i can confirm i have never paid them at all. They were all hard, abusive & threatening then just vanished until they re-appeared under a new name just over a week ago So do you think they are just trying it on to try to get me to pay something, then the status of the debt would change making it all live again? I will update you of the response. I will go find your SB template

  5. Hi Guys I am after a bit of advice. Back end of week before last I got an email out of the blue from a company called Lantern giving me a reference number and claiming I owed them £2977.63 and that they had been attempting to contact me without success. If I do not reply within 7 days they would refer this case to QDR Solicitors for recovery. I have never heard of them certainly no letters. I checked my emails and nothing came up in a search either. SI may have made a mistake and replied stating who are you prove that I owe you the money within 13days and default date of this account. I then also asked for all the info they have on me under GDPR. Also stated that all communication to be in writing. I got a written acknowledgement back by post t hen yesterday a thick letter. Listing 6 separate loans with different company’s ranging from 100 to 1000. Also included were credit agreements. This company seem to be a buyer of debt. Note all of the default dates are from March 2013 to the newest July 2013. To be honest in 2013 I was in a real Payday and credit cycle and walked away from some. Had debt chasers after me etc but I could not pay at the time. Some of the lenders got into trouble and ended up refund. There was one company chasing me for ages but I believe they got into trouble for severe bullying and harassment and they simply went dead. Is this them coming back to haunt me but in a different name? Any thoughts of advice would be great full
  6. Hi map link as below. Looks pretty clear doesn't it. So it is pay up time. Thanks for the advise given. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.8400216,-2.1802523,3a,75y,160.19h,97.5t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sTADuOwzXHY0CNTu76zrNbg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
  7. ok thanks that's all we are after but are there any clear guidelines on how roads should be marked and also how the images should be presented, On the 1st image charge the car is a fair distance away on a bend and not facing the camera then the number plate shot must be a second picture.
  8. Hi Just after a bit of advice really. My wife had two fixed penalty notices came through today for an offence on 8th August. She was in Brockworth, Gloucester with my daughter who was house hunting. They had gotten confused and a bit lost and whilst they did not notice at the time managed to go a short distance up a bus only link road then turn around to come back. The two tickets seem to show this but are one minute apart. Literally one at 13:54 then the other at 13:55. Yes ok but really two penalty charges within one minute surely not. Each charge shows two images both on the left show the number plate. The 13:54 on the second image shows a car approaching but a fair distance away from the camera. On the return run which is the same camera then yes the number plate and the car. At £60 each that’s £120 in one minute, (ok £60 if paid within 14 days) but really can they be that harsh? Any advice please would be grateful.
  9. Hi its been a while since last posted on this thread. In the end i ended up paying for this old bill. I agreed to pay EDF £200 per month for six months to 1. Keep up with current usage under the direct debit scheme 2. Pay the outstanding balance over the 6 months. This was last August. Yesterday i phoned EDF to say ok i have been paying my £200 and the old debt is now clear. I want a reduction in my monthly payment to bring me back down to the idea of paying for the Gas and Electric by direct debit spread over the year. The Girl i spoke to said no as i have a balance of £400 on the account now. Forgive me if i am wrong but i thought the idea of paying by direct debit was to spread the cost out over the year. Ok we have used a lot of gas over the winter but soon the heating will go off and gas usage in the summer is very low so surely it would cover it. The £200 per month is killing me
  10. Thanks spark911 thats pretty much want i was hoping to hear. The letter for the full and final was from irwin. The whole thing gets confusing
  11. I think the questions are 1. should i contact Irwin to find out how much, but it is irrelivant as there are no funds to clear it.. 2. If i do contact them will it look bad as i am communicating out of court 3. If i ignore the letter can they take it further and go back to court
  12. Hi not sure if this is in the right place. But in brief my story, I failed to keep up with my loan and arranged reduced paymnts with the bank after 18 months they said no and set Irwin Mitchell on me who issued ccj proceedings from Northampton. These returned and i had to pay a very high monthly installment I requested a move to local hearing. At the hearing Iwin did not show and the judge set new payment based on my exprendidture report. A few months later Irwin pressed for a charging order. At the court they got it but it canot be enforced unless i default and the court agrees at a hearing. Irwin have made mistakes not sure what i can do. They started the whole ccj proceedings again during the period of the local hearing and the charging order. Also several months after the charging order i had a letter refering to the original northhampton order saying i had not paid any money. when i contacted them they siad they had no knowledge of the referal to local court or eventhe charging order agreement. Two days later i got a letter saying all was ok and i was up to date. Anyway just got a letter stating that natwest are willing to offer a significant reduction to clear it all as a full and final settlement. I thought that once it was through the court that that was it and i had to pay the load in full at the rate set? Can they offer this if so how do they clear the charghing order. I have not spoken to them yet as im not sure if i open negotiation then they can have me on it. There is no money to offer a settlement anyway Thanks in advance
  13.
