paying the court was nt i meant

no problems finacially just paying the court £20 a month was the first thing on mind every payday just slipped my mind now and then and i will be sending cheques back went in fines office today the bloke behind counter was a complete Piers Morgan no help whatso ever i asked him to print form ex345 offf for me about magistrate bailiffs fess and he said he would only if i paid ok i said and he asked for £25 hahahaha they are on side with the bailiffs he had never even heard of form ex345 but when he googled it he said that it was for civil matters not criminal ones ????? i dont care anyway the court has my money for fine thats that and it wont be going back in my bank if you pay fine over internet then they can refund your account if you pay over atuo phone they then send cheque out

it was for a driving offence if you was wondering and i have no problem paying the fine just not to bailiffs

they wont be pushing nothing on me dont worry about that and that wont get a penny out of me either lot of advice no success stories though

its on the hmcs website bailiffs coleecting for them can not collect no more than the fine so they can go whistle dixy i cant wait for one to knock on door hes gonna have a shock i ll tell you that for nothing specially if im having a bad day haha i dont think he ll be back after the first visit

200 and something fine was 635 i think a few people on here have told me that they cant charge for magistrate fines

its paid the court have refunded me the money cos the case was handed to marstons but i aint gonna cash the refunded cheque so they have my money i refuse to pay marstons a penny

i dont see much success on this website

its a magistrates court fine im just gonna ignore marstons till they pass it back to court

how many people on here have got away without paying bailiffs fees without any comes backs details please

is marstons contract up in december with the magisrates court if so what happens to everyone they are chasing if they dont win new contract

spam head does this also happen to mags fines that they hand them back cos they wont except mine either i paid via phone they sent me cheques back and paid online and they refunded..... i only done a little over the phone so did nt put the cheques in bank so now i ve done the full amount over phone so when they send cheques back i wont put in bank meaning they have the money what can they do
