  1. We should wait and see if Mr Gulliver and Mr Flint answer I think it is highly unlikely they will, simply because it will just be put back into the complaints system which is designed to cover up complaints not deal with them. They will do this to isolate themselves from what is really going on.
  2. you of course may be correct but here is a possibility we may be looking at something hidden away very cleverly that is bigger than ppi
  3. Today we have sent full copies of this post to Mr Gulliver and Mr Fint senior executives at the HSBC by recorded delivery. We do not expect a direct reply from them but for 2 years we have been trying to talk to someone in a senior position at the HSBC about what could be described as suspicious activity at the Arc Commercial Centre in Nottingham. Everytime we have lodged a complaint it has it has disappeared been responded to as satisfied without our knowledge but with no answer. Our intent silly as it sounds is to get back dealing properly with the HSBC in the past a brilliant bank, bad things happen unfortuneately they just have to faced We would also like to know if any other businesses have suffered at the hands of this centre. Also maybe there is a lawyer who uses this forum who may be able to help. This has badly damaged our business but it has also lost the HSBC a minimum of £750,000 turnover. We even offered a compromise deal through the ombudsman which saved face for both parties but of course it was blocked by the ARC wonder why We were even prepared to to let the damage go to a certain extent To Cccccccccc (banking Ombudsman) Start Gulliver (HSBC) Recorded Delivery Douglas Flint (HSBC) Recorded Delivery My name is Mi***** S******** I have an involvement with 3 companies in Nottinghamshire they are C************ ltd, C******* Ltd and P* a***** Ltd. These are all independent companies with different shareholders and directors. All 3 banked with the HSBC. C********* Ltd was well established and turning over significant amounts of money, C*******Ltd was simply to invest my IP and take royalties from both C******* ltd and P** A**** ltd. P** A***** LTD was simply there to manufacture products to my IP which there was and still is a worldwide demand for. All 3 companies were entirely separate P** A***** LTD would sell product to C******** ltd for it retail to give a profit margin back to that company that it had lost. In 2008 we entered into discussions with our business manager Mr P**** D**** and R***** P**** two very honest down to earth and pragmatic bank representatives. Banks and customer relations are built on trust, honesty and integrity something that was removed later All details were discussed we were to reinvest and briNg in another share holder to run P** A**** with me. This was a professionally qualified manager and he was to invest £30,000 in P** A**** Ltd he was neither a shareholder nor director of the other companies and so nothing to do with them whatsoever. Myself and P**** H****** invested a total of £215,000 for C******** ltd, C****** ltd did not require anything. All these negotiations took place in August 2008 and were all going to be put into place in 30 days although our funding was already in place for C******* ltd i.e. £215,000 they managed to take over a year to finalise the remaining investment of £30,000 and then they managed to lose £10,000 of it. Mr D***** was fully aware of the expenses C******** ltd had incurred in design and development this was all to stabilise the situation and give us £60,000 of purchasing power which in his own words and on our figures we could turn into £180,000 without all the other business running beside it. It became very apparent in September October 2008 that something was very wrong we could not access our money could not buy our product and from a chart already lodged with your bank it was visible what damage had been done. On the advice in writing from Mr D****** we were advised to put in an official complaint something we did but did not want to do, we preferred to sit and resolve it amicably, but we now understand why. We lodged complaints but they disappeared, after 6 months we managed to work that out why. In the meantime R******* P***** left, P**** D**** was transferred to the Arc Commercial Centre we continued to pursue our complaint but got nowhere. We were then told that we had to have a new relationship manager a Mr I** R******. He sent me an email 28/8/2009 which I found both offensive and factually incorrect. I spoke to W****** M***** his boss about it saying quite clearly that i did not want to deal with this man, to be told if I did not deal with him our accounts would be closed. We met him in October and frankly face to face was worse than the email we went about our complaint he was busy trying to sell us the services of his friend Mr R***** an insolvency practitioner. I then spoke to M******* again to be told the same if I did not deal with him the accounts would be closed. To me it was now becoming clearer what had been going. A new area director was then appointed a Mr C***** W***** who I warned absolutely bluntly about M***** and R***** I literally told him to watch his back! If you care to check through the correspondence and complaints you will find it all there. On numerous occasions we asked in writing for their activities to be investigated but they always managed to hide in the complaints system But now we started to really discover what was going on, M***** and R***** had taken over, their professional standards are questionable even simple business things like LTD companies they do not understand. £60,000 of our working capital had been misplaced or vanished. R****** came up with hair brained setups that made no sense whatsoever. He mis-sold us a loan and admitted it in writing, he breached the data protection act on numerous occasions all confirmed in writing. The agreements we signed were all done under duress and incorrect so have no validity. That does not mean we want to renege far from it we just want them done correctly. When we started to ask too many pointed questions all our accounts were closed without notice. In every correspondence even with the ombudsman we have asked to discuss this with someone in a senior position it has been refused. If it goes to court we will present all the attempts to discuss it. What is so ironic is he has to also hide his activities from the bank if his imaginative accounting techniques are revealed and widespread the stock market will shudder. Most civil disputes never actually go to court, and most of those that do go to court never result in a trial. That's because many cases are resolved out of court, with everyone involved reaching a compromise. Going to court should always be the last resort. There are now a number of other ways of sorting problems without court action. These include arbitration, mediation and ombudsmen schemes. Those are often called 'alternative dispute resolution' schemes. Court rules require you to think about whether an alternative resolution is a better way to handle a dispute than going to court. There is also the matter of where our capital has gone and i quote from the SFO website fraud is a type of criminal activity defined as "intentional deception to obtain an advantage. avoud an obligation or cause or cause loss to another person or company None of us want to go to this extent we have simply asked for a proper and correct dialogue with a senior and reputable bank official not really too much to ask. The alternatives are we totally expose this activity, we have already been in touch with MP’s and the police but have not given the full details but we are as customers we have been treated disgracefully. We also have a list of other companies that this has been done to. Regards
