Update. My mediation in in two days time. -
They didn't refuse to mediate, only refused my offer of payment. I asked them to take off their fees etc and accept payment towards the original amount owed, I only could offer a token payment as I am not working atm. They refused that offer, and wanted the judgement secured. I asked about a Tomlin order and she said what they were doing now was legally binding, and if we had agreed on a payment plan, and was more or less the same, In that if I failed to pay, it would go straight back to the Court. The Mediator gave options/suggestions, but all required me accepting a CCJ. They said I could always contact their solicitor direct to discuss and make an offer.

Wow, you really are unbelievably rude. You are really not qualified to say how my mental health issues affect me, and my executive functions. You, watch your words, bordering on bullying and lack of understanding of mental illness and its affects. You are an embarrassment to this site. -

Oh what a shame. They have registered their DQ's today..... But I am sure they are very late in filing. DQ sent to you on 01/11/2022 You filed a DQ on 17/11/2022 General sanctions order was made on 15/12/2022 DQ filed by claimant on 24/01/2023 So, this also will go to mediation. CR. -
Hi, back on 14 December 2022 my post. Ive attached what they sent me. Along with their snotty letter saying that I had copied a pro forma letter from the internet that wasnt applicable to me...as it is an unregulated loan etc... So what is attached is all i have received. They say I have no way of winning as its a non regulated loan.

Called Northants. They are well behind with claims and updating the system. So advice is to hang on for another 3 weeks for an update. Their DQ's could well be waiting to be processed. Waited over 50 minutes for the call to be answered. -
