  1. I know gyms have to cater for a lot of different people but I for one am not too concerned with what it looks like or who is going there. I just need my weights and space to do my exercises. So I'm not in a position to comment about which gym is "nicest". Let me be honest, to go to the gym 6 days a week takes a lot of dedication. You have to enjoy training and have very strict goals and a focus on what you want to achieve. For me the gym is a passion so I find it easy and paying my membership is no issue as I get my value for money. I think you should consider that before you pay out for any gym. Are you going to carry on with it? I see a lot of people getting their membership, coming for a few weeks and giving up. My advice is simple. If you're serious about loosing weight and only that, you don't need a gym membership. You just need to get out there and run or cycle and watch your diet a little better. Stop drinking beer etc. Start with 30 mins of running a few times a week. When you start, run for 1 minute and walk for 2 and carry that on. As you get better, run 2 and walk 1 etc. Just go as your body feels but always do your best. If you continue with that for a few months and are still serious, then go look at a gym and start working some weights etc. If you have a friend who can join you and you share equal goals then that's even better. Anyway, good luck. I hope you get the fitness you want Hope that wasn't too long or boring
  2. Well, I don't know how you guys did it but I found bioresonance to be totally ineffective. I was told to stop smoking for 24 hours before the treatment I recall and so by the time I got to the centre I was gagging for a cig. The place was on Harley street and I must admit I was expecting something quite swish and professional considering I was paying something like £600 for an hour or so. I sat in a chair with some electrode things strapped around my wrists reading the newspaper for well over an hour. The guy assured me that this was even more effective as it was really making sure I was cleared of nicotine. After this hour he produced some pills that he had been "charged" with the same frequency that was used to remove the nicotine from my body. Well, I hate to say it because I was sucked in by this "magic" treatment, but it didn't work at all. I came out feeling exactlly the same as when I went in. Maybe some people can trick themselves into believeing something works, pladebo effect etc. I however still felt terrible. I would most certainly not recomend you try this treatment. I'm affraid it's going to have to be willpower that stops you smoking.
