  1. No he didn't look at the phone. Took my number and who I were with and said they would check my records
  2. He has signed in the offences under consideration. But where it's says "Drivers Signature" he's signed it again....
  3. Stopped by police today and issued with a traffic offence report for use mobile phone whilst driving. Now at the bottom of the form it says drivers signature. Is that for me to sign or the police, because I've not signed it the police officer did. How do I get pics up on here?
  4. Help and advice please. I have just been stopped this morning for using my phone whilst driving, not making a call or texting but holding the phone to look at the time. Hand up my bad. I've been given the ticket of the offence but now here's where I need help. Right at the bottom it says drivers signature am I right to assume that means me? Or the driver of the police car. Reason I ask is because I have not signed the NIP the police officer has. Help advice needed. How do I get a picture of it on here?
  5. Ive had experian in the past paying £14.99. How do i go about getting any refund back?
  6. Help needed please, I will try to explain the best I can, here goes...... My partner split with her then husband some years ago due to him having several affairs, she then sold the family home and he proceeds of the sale she put down as a deposit towards her new home for her and their 2 small children. She gave him about £6000 from this. They later divorced some years later but there was no order put in place for any stake of the money from the sale of the house. I made about 50,000 from the sale of the family home, I put down 34,000 on my new house as I couldn't get a mortgage for anymore. The rest paid fees and paid off debt and was used to do get the house right. I am just wondering if this was fair or should he received more money? Where do I stand from a legal point of view. Can a court go back and make me pay a share of the proceeds. All this happened 6 years ago last month.
  7. Help please................. I had a attatchment of earnings to pay my ex. we since aggreed to pay directly so the attatchment was cancelled through by the csa. but just getting paid last week i see that its still been paid by my employers because they didnt recieve it. now heres where it gets intresting. they say because i have arrears to the csa (not my partner) its getting knocked off the balance that i owe. can this happen even if there is no order for attatchment of earnings? i still owe over £3000 to the goverment and have another attactment ready to be set up to pay the outstanding balance... please any help here would be very welcome. Im at my wits end
  8. Hi Folks, Bit of advice if you please. I have a C.C.J on my file that were settled in 2007. This is from barclaycard and came about because they had trouble taking payments from me in 2005 and increased the payments by 100%. Thats when it really started to snowball. I had late fee after over limit fee added month after month after month untill they i defaulted on this account. I have since claimed the late fees and over limit fees back from them settled my account but they refused to remove the ccj from my account, even though it were the late fee's caused this mess. Is there anything i can do to have this removed as its screwing my credit up. thanks in advance

  10. well i recommend that you contact your local acas office in the morning. does sound a bit iffy, that they got some one else in straight away. did they give you notice of laying you off? did you got some redundo? if you need help you have to spit your story out and give details
  11. i would have thought section 3 was more to the meaning of, if you leave the company and you have taken more hoildays than you were entitled to. that kind of thing. i had always thought if you were salary you got paid the same week / month in week / month out.
  12. you need to give more details...how long you have worked there for ect..if you have not worked there for a full year, you have no come back really as to being laid off....
  13. it all comes down to how you really feel about it and your princeples. if you have worked there for more than 12 months you have the right to claim unfair dismissle if you were to appeal and get sacked. you also have the right to resign detailing why you feel you can no longer work there, because you feel you have been bullied and when you complained you were hauled before them and given a final written and ending the letter.thats the reason you can no longer work for them because of the way you have been treated and clain constructive dismissle, and claim for unfair dismissle. but i would only advise this once you have secured another job. you can resign and claim constructive dismissle and you have 3 months in which to file your claim same as if you were to be sacked......hope this helps.... power to the people
  14. if you were to appeal against it, beware they can make it higher. so could be sacked..all depends on how the next person up the chain sees it... this is fact...i have been a union rep.........but i will say. i think you have been singled out..seems a tad harsh for just talking....as long as it was not swearing and such about him
  15. HI THERE. i used to be a manager of a landscaping company. there is a couple of ways you can work round this. why do you need to put concrete posts in? cannot you use thick wooden ones 4x3 or 4x4 then you just need post holders you can then drill to the concrete...saving the hassle and hard work of digging into the concrete...this is the option i would use...........or you could hire a hilti drill with a chisle attachment that will go through easy enough without the full expense of hiring a compressor and a pecker.....trust me......wooden way is the best and will look better in the long run....then you only need 6f posts also. cheers carl
