  1. i'm con fused a bit, can o only claim £750? if not what need i do if the charges are more than that? i want to send my prelim letter away next week so just want to clear a few points. do i send my letter to head office, branch or both? does it matter if i have changed address? although my accounthas always been the same although it is now closed..thanks
  2. do i take it you were parked in a outwith a marked bay? if this was the case then if the ticket was issued prior to you recieving your dissability badge then the ticket will still stand, however if you take the ticket and your badge to the local council office what deals with parking fines they may be able to advise you, however you will still need to put everything in writing. also be aware they take pictures of the offence so don't say you had it on display and the warden missed it. just be honest AND polite, as if you get stroppy you can consider the fine as never being cancelled
  3. having done this job myself for 2 years in scotland ( left the job now) we had a few unadopted/un-named etc roads, the council have their own codes to deal with these types of offences which have been passed by the scottish exec. therefore you will probably find yourself with a ticket if you park there.
  4. to make 180k from complaint lines is shocking, kind of makes you wonder if they manufacture the things faulty on purpose eh?
  5. after being forwarded to your site via another i have found some very interesting reading, therefore i will be visiting very frequently. can anyone supply me with some information regards claiming my bank charges back? i still have statement dating back years, very well they have been from previous addresses but same account. these charges are amounting top thousands over the years, they are with the clydesdale bank with i now believe is co-operative ( may be wrong here). i have read the step by step guide but i am still a bit vague on the matter. what type of letter do i post? who do i address it to? what should i put in it? should i take photo copies of documents etc? any help would be gratefully appreciated
