  2. Fiddlesticks!!! didnt realise the date had been changed, Im unable to make it as i`ll be skint cos mw washing machine has broke and need a new one, plus car tax is due
  3. The question is...will i be welcome back in wakey? i may have had my passport confiscated
  4. Hi, it gets fun now you`ll look forward to recieving letters hehe You`re right about the pre-arranged fees, but you can claim for all those other `penelties` you mentioned. I dont think there are any other abbreviations you should look out for. The next step you need to take is to print off the Prelim letter and a schedule of charges (no interest added as yet) As for the 6 year rule, personally i wouldnt bother as your account hasnt been open long since, but thats just my two pence worth, its upto you.
  5. Yeah you should be sending off your prelim letter now and dont forget to include a schedule of charges with your letter. As for the addy where you send your letter off to you shoyuld have got a `with compliments` slip with your statements, send it off to the addy on that, if not the original addy where you sent the sar off too would be fine
  6. As far as i am aware, they very well could withdraw the o/d, i very much doubt they will close the account tho, they didnt when i claimed and they didnt reduce/cancel my o/d with them. As for the mortgage it is my understanding that this cannot be touched (if you are not not claiiming off it) as it is a completely different agreement to your bank account. the CC dilema i have no idea, but i`m sure someone will come along to answer
  7. As far as i am aware, you are well within your rights to ask for then sum to be repaid via cheque, but the rbs/cobbets are sneaky just make sure its in the form of a cheque that can be paid into any account and not an rbs one.
  8. If it were me, id wait the 14 days from the 8th, alfterall whats 4 days? maybe 4 more days worth of interest lol, also i would suggest using the N1 form from your local courts as you have more space for the PoC Hope that helps?
  9. alw, that depeneds where you live? in Scotland its 5 years, but in England its 6 years
  10. I dont see why you cant claim from oct 2001 to oct 2006 if they`re the dates you requsted on your SAR, just as long as it falls within the 5 yerar period you`re claiming for
  11. no worries, if you get stuck again, just ask and dont forget to keep the thread updated to your progress
  12. would that be the interest spreadsheet? If so you only need to send that off when you hit the court stage when you you fill in the N1, just a schedule of charges will do for now.
  13. carry on, make sure you send off the non-complience letter, they`ve had plenty of time to respond
  14. If the bank are phoning you every day may i suggest you send this letter http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/37006-harassment-telephone-response-letter.html as for the statements how long has it been since they got the letter? as for the payplan situation, i really dont know but theres no harm in trying to reclaim your charges
