I have found that if I declare that I have had problems with depression I get no job offers, but if I do not declare this I can be sacked for non-disclosure. I have also had problems due to being quite highly qualified and any advice on how to deal with this would be a help as well. It seems that if you have a degree in some subjects, BSc(physics), people are afraid of you because you are intelligent. This means they see you as a threat on the promotion front. regards
