  1. same happend to me we missed 2 payments and now they want it all in full told them we couldn't meet the payments but we still ave to pay the full amount just to empty our bins
  2. i did the same i send the sorn form of to dvla,before i knew it got a fine through the post,it went through courts so i appealed but in the end i had to pay £80 for the tax & £20 court costs as i didn't have any proof of it been sorn...think you might ave to put this down as a experience & pay the fine

This Morning I Got A Statutory Demand By Post,am Not Sure Wether To Ring The Company Who Issued This & Come To Some Arrangment To Pay The £2000 I Owe Or Just Let It Take Its Course & See What Happens Next... My Only Worry Is That I Don't Want Some Tom Dick & Harry Gong To My Property And Taking My Belongings Away...it Shouldn't Be Allowed For Some One To Try & Delare You Bank Rupt...any Advise Would Be Greatful
  4. You Don't Need To Take Of Any Brake Pipes Or Loosen Them To Change Discs & Parts Or To Do Suspension Work But If You Had A Piston Sticking In The Caliper & It Was Removed To Free It Of Then You Might Ave A Case
