Probably can't afford to pay for the post forwarding service these days .

I thought that the banks who agreed to the waiver were not allowed to take anymore charges. Or have I misunderstood?

Just phoned Scun thorpe County Court to request the claim forms to be sent out in readiness for LTSB not responding to my last letter. Asked them what their current policy is in respect of Bank Charge Claims and they have told me that they are still running a 'Case by Case' policy in respect of stays.
