If you can take your letters into the branch to go by internal, I've had to do this as they keep mysteriously loseing mine.

Excellent, I've just sent a very snotty letter in response to a very snotty letter I recieved..

I'm sorry I feel very strongly about this and if I am wrong to post please feel free to remove mods. But I have as has my friend asked for a shipping quote for some furniture from bedsrus/Thuka clearance. I recieved a phonecall from them, they wanted to charge me £25.00 for delivery of one chest of drawers, my friend has just recieved an email stating delivery for her two chest of drawers will be £30.00. Needless to say neither of us will be placing an order. Oh and the bloke on the phone go tvery irate when I questioned their Highlands and Islands postage rate. He said "I sell not beds, i do not work for Royal Mails postcode department" or something not disimiler, I was so shocked at his rudeness.

Gosh the Argos standard letter, I'm sat her with one right now and they can't get my name right, I'm now Ms . Thae only thing different apart from the name of course is the amounts. Hope you get your dosh back.

I'm having problems with them as well, there claiming to have not recieved any letters, i sent a 3rd copy of the list of charges I want refunded last week, due to the bank holiday, i'm giving them till the middle of next week to respond, if they haven't I will be phoning them again. i sent the first letter 24th April lol

Hi Folks, This is my first post, I've just recieved that Capital One standard letter from Mr Udy, he's a busy old chap isn't he, having to write all these standard letters, he he. Just printed of a nice snotty letter to send back to him in response to his snotty letter. Stick that in your sandwich and eat it i say!!!!!!!!!
