    Yes i did state 14 days on my letter but they replied within 14 days to say they were lookinginto my claim. That was over a month ago. Worth calling them up?

    I applied for a refund on my bank charges over 2 months ago. I received a letter on the 1st of May stating the were considering my claim. However i have had zero contact from them since. Should i contact them, is there a certain amount of time by which they must get back to me? Any help appreciated Thanks David
