  1. Good evening, letters to be sent tomorrow morning.. been so busy at work lately. Another 5 phone calls today at least, but all being blocked by a nice little app I downloaded for my blackberry. I feel like I am ready to go to war with these lowlife's! I feel sorry in a way for the losers that have such an awful job working for companies like this..
  2. Hi all, I'm working on the letter I am sending to Crapquest, and also the one I will be sending to Gnatwest, as well as reopening my complaint with the FOS, and complaining to the OFT. I will form the letter using the advice given above, but also I will add in the letter about the OFT guidance on debt collection..ie pursuing a disputed debt, passing on the debt to different agencies without informing me..harassment etc. I've been getting 2-3 phone calls a day from their 01252 number, and a also the 0844 number. I've managed to download an app on my my blackberry that blocks these numbers, but now they are calling from private numbers as well, so I'm trying to block those! I had a call from a private number at 22.53 last night... to much of a coincidence I think?? I've also marked their text messages as spam, so I shouldn't be seeing them anymore and getting stressed out !
  3. perfect, thats just made me smile!! It was my nans funeral yesterday, so getting the text, calls yday and then the letter today was beginning to get me down..

  5. sorry to bore all, but this is a good way to vent some frustration.. 3 texts and 2 phone calls in 2 days.. going to get their numbers blocks or phone number changed.. they have a strongly worded letter coming their way.. does anyone have any suggestions as to the format? should I use something similar to one's earlier on in this thread? thank you so much for your assistance everyone.
  6. I'm going to change my number, or have my mobile company block their numbers as a start.
  7. Hi, it could only be about that to be honest.. another complaint letter I think to Natwest once the letter arrives.. a letter about harassment as well..I was just worried that this lot are the type that turn up on the doorstep?
  8. Hi, so now I am getting text messages from Capquest?? who are they, does anyone know how they differ from Roxburghe...I haven't had chance to send harassment letters etc this week, but now I have Capquest chasing me.. seriously this is beginning to get me down now!
  9. thank you Coledog, that's the kind of direction I need.. I'll get onto that this week!
  10. Hi all, fiveaside here.. sorry I haven't replied in a while.. on a different user name as well ( long story ). Incessant calls from Roxburghe, and towards the end of the week..and text messages that end with this icon ? and phone calls from Graham White Solicitors. I have ignored the phone calls thus far.. I have nothing to say to the scumbags! I'll send them a letter this week reminding them I reported them for harassment a few months back and requested communication, should it need to be made, should be done via letter. I can't see that the law has changed, or a test case has failed. I have nothing but contempt for these people...does anyone else have more guidance ?
  11. Hello all, sorry for the delay in coming back on here. Things have been really busy for me over the last year. I've been fighting Natwest, their solicitors, and speaking with the FOS. Good news is that I managed to get £4450 back from them in PPI related to settled loans, dating back approx 13 years! I would have got more, but they used approx £3k to clear arrears on the loan down. The loan was actually defaulted as far as I could tell from my credit report, back in March 2009. I was speaking with Natwest via their solicitor's Shoosmiths for approx 6-8 months, before I was sent a letter by the solicitors to say that they been instructed by their client not to pursue matters further. My stance has always been, and will continue to be that they still cannot locate my credit agreement, the LEGAL document. So..I've got my PPI back and forgot all about the loan until I get a letter from Roxburghe DCA yesterday.. usual threatening language - ie we will recover this debt with or without your help etc. From my understanding they still don't have a leg to stand on, as this as unsecured debt? If I have a letter from the banks solicitors to the effect they have been instructed not to pursue? They can't physically remove anything from my property can they??
  12. I've just read this on MSE.. very interesting.. Could the debt write-off industry become a write-off? - MoneySavingExpert News
