Thanks for the advice!!! I haven't received any emails from them. The only information I have had is in my account summary. I have been looking further into this and it seems that Woolworths have covered themselfes in their T&C for things like this... I also had a look on the Trading Standards site and found this... Doesn’t look hopeful because as far as I can see they haven’t debited my account

Today Woolworths advertised a Sharp 42" HD Ready TV for £150 on their website. I logged on and decided to order 2 of these because these TV’s are valued at about £1200-£1600. I proceeded through the checkout process and received my conformation code so all was looking good. Delivery was set for Tuesday 19th Dec!!!!! Now... When I login, my order has been cancelled stating.. "Item cancelled by us at your request, or as notified by us (Email, SMS, Account Message or Phone Call)." I have received no notification email/sms/account message or phone call. I phoned the customer support team who advised that the price was listed in error as the TV’s are worth £1400+ and they have every right to cancel my order. Can anyone advise if what they are saying is true, or if there is anything I can do with this case? Cheers.

OK so here’s my latest update...... This has been going on since APRIL (7months!!!!), and I will honestly say that I sometimes regret starting this claim; it’s caused me nothing but sleepless nights and stress!!! But I would like to thank all the people who have helped along the way…. So anyway.. Here is the update.... On the 02/11/2006 i submitted my AQ along with an application for amendment requesting the contractual interest; this would take my initial claim from £2600 up to about £4800!! I have been trying to contact the courts for the last week or two to check if my application had been accepted but the only response I ever got was... "Your case is still with the Judge and hasn’t been sent back down to our department.... blah blah blah. This is due to the high volume of cases that have been brought to our attention....." Today when I rang, I was told that my case has been referred to the Circuit Judge, now with a brief Google search I find that a Circuit Judge is a Senior Judge...... Is this a "normal" thing for cases to be referred to a circuit judge or am I just one of the lucky individuals??? Now I am a little confused (again) as my understanding is that when u submit an appliaction they would either say "yes" or "no" plain and simple, but from what the court said, the claim is with the circut judge to get the case 'listed' again on the same day as my hearing (21/12/2006) ????? PS... Yes I’m bricking it now!! , the sooner this is over the better....... Spoke to Cardiff Court today who advised that there are 40-50 other hearings on the same day as mine :o 21st December ...... Looks like 21st December is going to be a bad day for the banks!!!

I have searched the site for 'signature' posts and have found that the signatures won’t display until you have posted a certain amount of posts.... Can someone confirm the amount of posts needed before the signatures are displayed?? Cheers
