  1. Just to clarify, for people that have loans effected by this that are still live, they will NOT recieve a CASH refund, the balance of the account will be redressed to take into account the refund, accounts that are now closed will receive a cash refund. Or at least that what I can make out from the reports I read on BBC news website. Cheers, Darren.

  8. Hi folks, can anyone help with this issue? I have just noticed i have 2 judgements on my credit report both from the same company (different occasions though, one from 2008 and one from 2009) I have contacted the court and they gave me further details, one of the judgments was dismissed with not payment due by me or the pursuer, the other judgemnts was paid before the date that it was actually made a judgement, however these judgemnts are still showing on my credit file, and trustonline etc. Can anyone shine anylight as to how i get these removed from my file? I live in Scotland if that makes any difference. Thanks Daz.

  13. Hi, I noticed a while back that I have been paying and have paid for several years rbs overdraft loanguard cover, as I was not aware of taking out such cover at the time with my overdraft I was wondering if I have a right to claim this back given the recent court ruling on PPI. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Daz182.
