Is there no time scale for claiming back from the bank? Trust deed finishes next june but i would wait until it finishes. I will ask the trustdeed holders for info though. Thanks again Progolfer1;)

I have read through the forums for the best part of the whole day and spoke with friends who are in mid claim. I am ready to send of my Subject Access Request letter however i have a trustdeed running. Will this affect my claim. :? Any help will be much appreciated
