Hi have you heard anything back yet Lee? Myself and my husband were with Payplan from June 2008 until April 2015 When we left payplan to do a DMP on our own because communication with payplan was shocking. With payments to them going up and down yearly with our wages changing we paid anything from £15 to £33 a month cover my payments and a fiver each for cover my life.. thanks Debbie

Hi Charley if I get no joy when ring Inga re court bundle would you mind sending me the spread sheet you have done. Dont want to come across as being greedy but doing the bundle is time consuming and stressfull to say the least ,they make us do them so they can pay for us for the time and effort we put in.thanks Debbie

Hi just a quick update checked my bank this dinner they have put the money into my account and it is cleared on the 23rd May,not rung Inga again today about court bundle money, sent her an email will wait to see if she responds if not I will ring early next week.thanks eve1 Debbie

Hi Charley just spoke to inga and she said i cant claim for court bundle because it was not due in for another 12 days 30th may, it was sent in too early, do you know if this is right? Debbie

Hi everyone an update very excited sent my court bundle off on Monday.received a letter today they are to settle my claim in full ,cant stop smiling at the moment, I think i will ring Inga up and see if she will agree to pay alittle more for time spent on court bundle, Also as soon as I see the money I will be making a donation could not have done it without the help of this site and people on it. thankyou all

Hi Charley I have had a read through this morning but abit confused to how I would or could put anything into my bundle.As alot of the info seem to be for people who are starting to claim for beyond 6 years and not got to the stage I am at. Help please I feel so stupid , I should read things right. I thought mine was standard like most people on here On Abbeys defence number 10 reads In respect of the Claimants claims in relation to charges from 29 november 2000 to 18 january 2001, it is denied that the Claimant is entitled to claim any amount at all as a result of section 5 0f the Limitation Act 1980. I have 2 charges of £30 each outside the 6 years. Is there anything I can put in my court bundle to sort this out ?.have I mucked up? All I did was go through the copy statements they sent me didnot think to stop at a certain date. Any advise or help please thanks Debbie

Just a quick question please can anyone tell me in the court bundle under correspondance do i include the acknowledgements from the courts? (eg the letters of issue ,and transfer of proceedings .
