Hi,

My Dad sent of a CCA request to Fredrickson acting on behalf of Citi on 14/06/07. Fredrickson then passed it back.

No acknowledgement, and no CCA

Times nearly up for criminal default.

Today he got this reply, which is quite frankly shocking.

For clarity, Citi have not sold this on and do still own it.

So if Fred passed it back and Citi aren't seeking to enforce any agreement that there may have been that hasn't been sold on........

Could this be a veilled admission that they don't have the agreement and they won't be pursuing it??

I have to agree, I don't think they have it. It's nearly criminal default time as well.

I'm off to the barbers.

TS?

Good luck with that, hate to be negative but the words "chocolate" and "teapot" come to mind

Personal experience is, the only way forward is court (though perhaps if enough of us complain to TS something will be done)
