To make it easy to access successful claims despite the recent events with OFT allowing claims to be 'stayed'. Could anyone that has had ANY success since then, post a link here

Can be anything positive from a comment from the judge, offer of settlement or even better judgement in your favour.

Hopefully this thread will boost the confidence of all those now wondering whether or not to continue..

Our advice is

Yes carry on regardless!

Re OFT v Banks

Unlawful charges test case

Good morning,

Once again I contact you to ask.

Why, when claimants are being told they must wait until the outcome of the OFT test case are the banks NOT being instructed to withdraw the use of the charges that are being questioned..?.

This is unfair and the OFT are siding with the defendant in allowing them to continue the practice in which they are being taken to court.

If the claimant has restrictions placed on them then so must the defendant.

Dar£n- can we ask everyone on here to record claim no and court name of successful cases post OFT. There are some claim no's being recorded but not all. Its such great news that some cases are filtering through and I am sure info on those that do would be helpful to those with pending hearings.

I think I've just made the above request but if you can echo it Dar£n would be grateful.

Cheers,

Keep on Keepin' on
