I bought a cooker from Asda Electrical online last Sunday at £60 cheaper than it was available anywhere else. We had a couple of problems with the delivery being late, and there were a couple of minor blemishes in the enamel, mostly at the back and out of sight.
At 14.15 today I sent an enquiry to customer services regarding this and within 15 minutes had an acceptable offer of compensation. It's difficult to see how they could have done better.
