Before beginning to claim your bank charges be sure to read the FAQ by clicking the link above. Read it carefully and also read as much of the forum material as you can manage before you start claiming your bank charges refund. You will have to register before you can post or view the materials which may assist you in reclaiming your penalty charges: click the register link above to proceed. Why don't you come and introduce yourself in the Welcome section at the top of the forum. Then have a look around the rest of it.

We are hoping there will be a negotiation but we may need to pay for legal help. Please help us if we have helped you. Click on this message to donate I am in: Perthshire Posts: 2	Scottish BAnks and Scottish law Hi just joined this forum so please bear with me. Does anyone know if this is also illegal in Scotland, and has anyone taken on a Scottish bank ie. Bank of Scotland. I am thinking about going down this route, so any insight would help. thanks.
