By my reckoning the 28 days was up yesterday, yet when I log into MoneyClaim it still just shows it as being acknowledged.

Fishy... | Ok claim issed then deemed served after 5 days, they then have 14 days to acknowledge if they do they get a further 14 days to defend so total is 33 days from date of issue.
