Should I write another letter or wait til the 40 days are up?
I'm also worried that I've left it quite late to start a claim, and that it'll be affected by whatever the OFT decides to do with bank charges....
Any suggestions.....? |
5th March to 2nd April is only 28 days and so well within the 40 days for compliance.
What the OFT do will not affect your ability to claim back ALL your penalty charges. Just follow the well tried and tested route we suggest and you WILL get your charges back.
Meantime, spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guide in the library section. That will prepare you for your claim.
Good luck.
