Hi Garfy.
They will rarely go all the way and if they do the courts will rule in your favour. So only accept the offer as part payment.Let the courts do the rest.

You'll most probably get your full offer about a week before that date.

I'm trying to help my daughter. She's got the bank charges, I've got the computer, but this is my first attempt at this, I see people contacting each other. She's asked me to find out about section G there's two ways of dealing with it. what does she mean?

Hi Littlegranie

My wife has delt with the paperwork and she is away for two weeks your best bet is to start your own thread off rather than waiting till my wife is home.

Good luck

Presumably you are referring to section G of the allocation questionaire. This is the part which gives you space to add information, although I guess she is also thinking about the draft order attatchments?
Have a look in the bank temps library and find allocation questionaire...help with filling in the guidance is quite detailed and should give you what you need.
