Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 4	Help With Going To Court Please Hello there, I need some help please. I am very confused and think i may have made errors. I am at the stage now where i have been issued with an allocation questionnaire. I have just noticed to that in their defence they have stated that the charges which were applied, where applied prior to the 16 Janu 2001 and are not recoveable. My initial letter (repayment of charges) was dated 9 OCt 06 and charges went back to 11 Nov 00. Is this right? ~I thought because i started before the 6 year time limit this would be fine. To top it of i stated in the same letter that, "I calculate that you have taken £xxxx. Total £xxxx with interest. If this matter is referred to court I will also be levying 8% on and from the date of the wrongful penalty charge, as is my right under British law." I included i my spreadsheet all coloums including the last one interest 8% APR) was this wrong. I'm confused as to if i should have added this. I have until the 5 March 07 to submit my allocation questionnaire but affraid i might lose and not sure what to do next. I am claiming £4,762.91 and worried that i might lose it all if i dont get it right. PLEASE HELP ME.....THANK YOU
